The Zammad Integration is missing in Placetels Web Interface, Webex Control Hub and the Webex App Hub. So it seems like the guide as explained here Setup Placetel connection for Zammad — Zammad Admin Documentation documentation can not be followed anymore since there is simply no Zammad Integration available in Placetel where one could paste the Zammad Endpoint for the Call Control / Notify API.
Am I missing something or is the Zammad Integration for Placetel simply not available anymore?
I just checked, both, the Zammad integration and Notify API integration are available in my placetel web interface. Thus the documentation is technically still valid.

Maybe it’s important to note, that I’m a new Placetel customer and the only option I had is to book “Webex for Placetel”. From what I understand from Placetels documentation that seems to be the latest product of Placetel and their documentation on how to setup the Zammad integration seems to be for the product before that which was called “Placetel Pro” which you cannot book anymore.
Maybe thats the problem? I suppose you’re not a new customer for placetel, right?
I actually already contacted Placetel aswell 2 days ago but no answer yet. Their support is not as fast as Zammad Community 
And I thought, the Zammad team had probably developed the integration because it was free just like Zammad itself
Okay, I got a response from Placetel. The zammad integration is only available for the legacy product “Placetel Pro” which is not available for new customers anymore unless you order via a placetel partner but partners are advised to promote the new “Webex for Placetel”.
The APIs used for the Zammad<->Placetel integration is not available in Webex for Placetel, since the Webex API uses OAuth apps (called “Integration Apps” or “Service Apps”).
So that means unless you find a partner that will actually sell you “Placetel Pro” the Integration cannot be used.
Maybe you should at least consider to add a warning to your docs, that the existing integration will not work with “Webex for Placetel”. Would have saved me from ordering at Placetel and committing to a 2 year contract for a calling solution that i cannot integrate into Zammad… such a bummer 
More information from Placetel… according to them a Zammad integration for Webex for Placetel is supposedly currently in Beta testing and will be realized via PhoneMondo like all the other “official” integrations and will cost 7,90 per user per month plus additional PhoneMondo costs 
That means the integration will be more expensive than the Placetel licenses
Maybe the community developers might want to look into creating a Webex Service App to integrate Webex for Placetel into Zammad that can be used for free like the old integration?

Placetel Pro is such a nice working cloud pbx with a clean and understandable UI. And then they came up with webex…

Well, all I can do now is hope that some developer is kind enough to code an integration for the “new Placetel” aka Webex…
I asked a friend of mine who knows at least something about this stuff to look into the Webex API if it was possible to connect it to the Zammad generic CTI integration.
He said he was able to create an App where he could register a “web hook” which sends calling events but Zammad was not able to understand the data. He said Zammad would need a new integration that understands this data from Webex but he can’t do it and I can’t afford to hire coders for that let alone do such a thing myself
