Zammad Form Mail Check Internal Mailadress

Expected behaviour:

Hi all,
we are running Zammad version 3.6.
On our intranet page we have now integrated the form.
We want employees to fill out the form to report their problems.

Actual behaviour:

If an employee with an external mail address fills out the form, it works.
If you use an address that is identical to the ticket system from the @ onwards, it turns red and does not work.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

The behaviour is reproducible with every address that is identical from the @ onwards.

Is this a bug in our setup or a bug in the version?

Can we change this behaviour or disable the mail check?

Please update to a more current Zammad version.
Things have changed in the form over the last months so your issue may be solved already.

3.6 is fairly outdated by now and prune to some serious security issues.
