Zammad first time login works, second not

  • Used Zammad version: 5.2.3
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker
  • Operating system: Photon OS
  • Chrome latest

Expected behavior:

  • Login when I use the login page

Actual behavior:

  • New docker installation with external postgres database. When I login in Zammad it works as expected, when I logout and try to login again it doesn’t work… Need to reset the password, and then I can login again.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Its self repeating

Answer my own question:

need to use the email address instead of the username. Now it works a expected
