Zammad filter not work

Hi, i have a big trouble when i receive a email this is cause i enable a chatbot onTelegram but i receive too may chats

Also this create a user

I have enabled the telegram bots

For this i create a Filter and i select Ignore Message but this not work, also i disable the bot but i receive this ticket

Anybody can say me how can stop this messages?.

The postmaster filter, as the name suggests, are only available for email fetching.
This means that telegram is not supported for what you’re trying to achieve.

Ok i understand but exist any method for filter message receive from Telegram.
