zammad Facebook integration

  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: CentOS 9
  • Browser + version: Chrome Version 133.0.6943.142

Expected behavior:

i expect to receive messages & comments from my Facebook page

Actual behavior:

I followed the online doc, I integrated my page into Zammad, but I don’t receive anything from my page

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

make facebook integration from zammad side (put Page id + Facebook App Secret & add account), then send comment to my page
