Zammad Email Notifications: 'From' Address Issue

Hi, I’m currently setting up Zammad (self-hosted) using the Portainer installer. BTW kudos to the developers it’s incredibly simple and fast—up and running right out of the box! However, I’m facing an issue with configuring email notifications.

I’m using an external mail server, but my mail server does not like if the “From” address doesn’t match the username. Is there a way to configure Zammad to use a different “From” address for outgoing emails?

Oh, I see now—looks like I completely missed it while going through the docs. Thanks so much for pointing it out!

Anyway maybe I just helped the Google search algorithm a little for others like me searching for the same thing.
