Expected behavior:
After creating the ticket, in mailbox the mail just mark as read and not deleted
Actual behavior:
as soon zammad read and create the ticket from incoming mail, delete them from mailbox
i have setup zammad with microsft 365 channel with OAuth
so what i have to look for preventing the cancellation of email from mailbox?

During the addition of Email accounts from Microsoft 365, Zammad will ask you in what folder it should look for emails and (additionally) allow you to keep messages on the server. By default Zammad removes mails but you can adjust that.
