Expected behavior:
After creating the ticket, in mailbox the mail just mark as read and not deleted
Actual behavior:
as soon zammad read and create the ticket from incoming mail, delete them from mailbox
i have setup zammad with microsft 365 channel with OAuth
so what i have to look for preventing the cancellation of email from mailbox?
