Zammad crash on tag display

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.5.1-1758265922.c0a5361e.focal di Zammad
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker
  • Operating system: Linux UBUNTU
  • Browser + version: Chrome Version 142.0.7444.176

Expected behavior:

  • No problem using TAG

Actual behavior:

  • Sometimes when we want to add a tag on a ticket the user interface crash and back to dashboard. The only way to fix the problem is to clear cookies and temp files on the browser.On the browser console I see this error

The resource was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window’s load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate as value and it is preloaded intentionally.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

What happens before Zammad tells you that you are (no longer) authorized to add tags…? Short session live times maybe? Does this happen after your device was in standby maybe?

What happens if you reload Zammad in the situation it happens…?

I’m only add a tag in new or existing ticket (not create a new one).
When I have the problem if I try again to add a tag on the same ticket or on another one I will have the same, the ticket close and back to the dashboard.
The device was not in stand by.
The only way to fix the problem is to clear browser cookies e temp file.

Got the same problem, after some time i Was logged out, and after logging back in got the problem now. It happened for other users as well and the clearing browser cookies and history helped, but for me it’s not a solution, I cannot delete all the history.

Nobody told you to remove your browsers history.
