However, I am familiar with Nginx and have already set up a few projects with Nextcloud, etc. It was a normal question; it could be configured differently…

How hard can it be to re-configure the server_name directive from nginx and the system FQDN within Zammad? You even already pasted the fitting documentation part, too.
So maybe I’m just ignorant and all flying around the moon here, or I’m simply not understanding the problem you have. You’re not even letting us know where exactly you stumble on issues. I mean, do we really have to pull everything out of your nose so you don’t blame it on others…?
