Zabbix calls are closed once the resolved update is received. Integration was performed as described with Zabbix v5.0.2. Webhook configured and tickets logged as expected.
Actual behavior:
Tickets are not closed once resolved - They are updated, however the state stays as new - not changed to closed
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Cause an outage that will trigger an event.
Ticket opened successfully in Zammad
Resolve the issue
Ticket updated with text displaying resolved - State stays new
Please note that Zammad does not have a core integration for Zabbix.

I’m not really able to understand the template file and can only find two endpoints of many others that should be required. Not sure if it uses another integration like NAGIOS or so for it.
Your production log with these specific requests and proberbly a sample ticket with these information may be usefull for that approach to get help from people not using Zabbix. :x
