  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
  • Operating system: Debian12
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • With the release of Zammad 7.0 and its new features, I have been exploring the platform but couldn’t find information on a few specific functionalities. I would like to know if the following are available in this new version:
  1. Outbound WhatsApp via Templates: Is there support for initiating a conversation or creating a ticket using a WhatsApp message template?
  2. Native Push Notifications for Android: Does Zammad 7.0 now support native push notifications for mobile devices (specifically Android)?
  3. WhatsApp Chatbots: Is there native support for bots or automated flows that work directly through the WhatsApp channel?

About push notification, i used pushover and webhook, it works.
