I don’t understand this.

How i can check it?

Finally fixed. Really was very simple, but i was fixing wrong file at /opt/zammad/contrib/nginx/

If anyone give same error:

I check what nginx conf file was being used with:

root@zammad:/home/servinformatica# nginx -V
nginx version: nginx/1.18.0 (Ubuntu)

So check/etc/nginx/nginx.conf file and see that file i need to update was /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/zammad.conf

Just added:

    # action cable
    location /cable {
        proxy_http_version 1.1;
        proxy_set_header Upgrade $http_upgrade;
        proxy_set_header Connection "Upgrade";
        proxy_set_header CLIENT_IP $remote_addr;
        proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
        proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-Proto $scheme;
        proxy_read_timeout 86400;
        proxy_pass http://zammad-railsserver;
    }

Restart nginx and issue resolved.

I came here to say this can be caused if the Fully Qualified Domain Name uses any uppercase letters.
Make sure you are ONLY using lowercase letters.
