Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 5.0.x
- Used Zammad installation type: Kubernetes
- Operating system: Windows 10
- Browser + version: Windows Edge 98.0.1108.43
Expected behavior:
- Adding sucessfully a IMAP Account which is configured on a Exchange 2016 Server with SSL/STARTTLS on Port 993.
Actual behavior:
- Login failed
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Trying a different mailbox from our Exchange does not work either.
If we configure a Outlook client with the according parameters, it fails if we select STARTTLS but not with SSL/TLS (both port 993)
BTW: If we open port 143 and try it without SSL, we receive the following error: invalid command
