I installed a new Server with Zammad 3.3. Last week everything working fine. Today i try to login and got “CSFR Token verification failed” error i can’t login anymore. I tried different Browser, Edge, Firefox.
I rebuild the server with an backup 5 days ago and got the same.
You have recognized it is a fresh install of Version 3.3 and the settings of NGINX are correct and it is not working. The only that are active email communication no Chat or Twitter or anything else.
Can it be the CPU and Memory are to small? I informed our Server Administrator to indrease the CPU
and Memory hope this help. We have 1 CPU and 2 GB of Memory…
CSRF errors to 98% of the issues come from your webserver.
You do know that the current vhost file does not hold that new directive for the reason this being a sub optimal fix which for this reason is not within the official code base?
Just check your vhost configuration and ensure the said directive is there and put it into your configuration if it’s not. No reason to bark.
