Zabbix integration with the Incinga-Plugin

Hello,

I try to use the Incinga Integration to work with my Zabbix Notifications. I found this Topic: [Solution] PRTG integration like Nagios or Incinga
and it is very helpful.

But I’m not sure witch Keyword’s are to use for State (in the Body)…
is it “open” for a new issue and “recovery” to close?

Or do I have to use a explicite format in the “Subject”?

Bad luck. It didn’t worked. I’ve two tickets in my Zammad:

The OPEN Ticket:

Subject: Open: TEST-Server + Zabbix agent on TEST-Server is unreachable for 5 minutes
Body:
State: Open
Host: TEST-Server
Service: Zabbix agent ping
Address:test.mydomain.com / 10.1.0.159

Problem: agent.ping has Up (1)
Description: The agent always returns 1 for this item. It could be used in combination with nodata() for availability check.

Did you ever get this working?

Yes, it works, but the email structure has to be the same as in my screenshot so that everything is recognized. This is the standard Nagios mail.

You could also use Zabbix templates - this works starting with Zabbix 5.
