Your topic is similar to... But for ticket creation in Zammad


The knowledgebase feature is being accepted and used by our customers but it would be a great feature if those articles are suggested during the ticket creation. We dont need to send them a link to related topics nor need to create a lot of triggers in that case, and it would save time and some new tickets as well :slight_smile:
That feature is also already here when youre creating a new topic.
