X-Zammad-Ignore Header problem with Nagios

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.4
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 16.4
  • Browser + version: latest Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • A mail from Nagios Server should open a new ticket

Actual behavior:

  • in log file i can see that processing the mail is ignored becaus of X-Zammad-Ignore Header
    how can i fix this?

Your production logfile would help in this case.
Anyway, I guess that you have postmaster filters configured and eventually one that does ignore specific mails.

My bet would be that nagios mail to match that filter. :see_no_evil:
