When I set in Workflows - OBJECT Tiket - CONTEXT Editmask - SELECTED CONDITIONS any - ACTION Title - set readonly , I expect that it will be impossible to edit the title when opening a ticket for edit.
*
Actual behavior:
Title can be changed
*
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create ticket. Create rule Workflows - OBJECT Tiket - CONTEXT Editmask - SELECTED CONDITIONS any - ACTION Title - set readonly. Open a ticket and change the title at the top, click Update.
*
Another very interesting behaviour. When I write something in the Title of the ticket, then after that there is an automatic update and the title is saved. This is very strange since I don’t expect any changes without clicking the UIpdate button. This destroys the predictability of the system’s behavior.
@Andreo For the title, this is the intended behavior. I guess because of this direct update feature Core Workflows is not applied there at all. Core Workflows are only usable for the shown fields in the ticket sidebar.
@fliebe92@MrGeneration Ok. We will then block the header on the frontend, since we have a strict typing of processes.
Thanks for the answer. I express my sincere gratitude for this product. Now we are studying your product for implementation in the service process for company employees.
I still think it’s a issue. There is a corresponding setting that does not work. Changing the title of the ticket must refer to the edit mask in workflows.
