Hello Team,
I’m looking for a state restriction in the workflow as bellow. The idea is to follow the comming state without any possibility to change a new ticket to closed, for example.
How i can do it?

Sorry, but workflows are very limited and what you’re trying to achieve here is, as far as I’m aware, not possible that this moment.
You might be able to workaround this with Triggers, but this might be a pain and troublesome.
