Hi! Can somebody explain what
“Creation mask” and “edit mask” in workflows means?

I opened) but I still don’t understand what is masks. What is creat mask and what is the edit mask? If I choose everything or choose nothing logic of workflow works fine any way. So what does it for?

When you click on the + in the bottom left to create a new ticket, this is the creation mask. When you open an existing ticket where you can edit things you are in the edit mask. You can apply your workflow to either one or both.
