Why do only agents get update messages and costumers not

  • Used Zammad version: 6.2.0-1711375558.ce1240f3.jammy
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Client Microsoft Windows | Zammad Server ubuntu 22.04
  • Browser + version: latest Microsoft Edge

Expected behavior:

Trigger Sends email to costumer for every state or text that changed.

Actual behavior:

Only Agents get emails from SMTP setup.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I just setup SMTP.

I read a lot of Support Cases from other persons and they also had that problem.
Is it possible just with the SMTP setup to send costumers updates with triggers?
