Expected behavior:
- The field ‘last updated by’ should be filled with either the agent or the customer, but it stays empty
Actual behavior:
- The field stays empty

When testing this some more:
When the last ‘updater’ is the customer, it stays filled out with the customer name.
If it’s the agent, then the agent’s name is displayed for about 20 seconds or so, then it is cleared again. Since it clears again so fast, I hadn’t noticed this before - I only ever saw the empty field.
