WhatsApp: 'updated by' not populated

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3
  • Used Zammad installation type: Package
  • Operating system: Debian 12
  • Browser + version: any

Expected behavior:

  • The field ‘last updated by’ should be filled with either the agent or the customer, but it stays empty

Actual behavior:

  • The field stays empty

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Initiate a WhatsApp-conversation, see screen shot:

Edit:
When testing this some more:
When the last ‘updater’ is the customer, it stays filled out with the customer name.
If it’s the agent, then the agent’s name is displayed for about 20 seconds or so, then it is cleared again. Since it clears again so fast, I hadn’t noticed this before - I only ever saw the empty field.

Hi @vRowdy. I need some time to check this on my own.

Is there a chance that there’s a trigger or scheduler kicking?
Because it looks like it shows user ID one which translates to system (-)

I think we identified it as a bug in the WhatsApp flow when I remember correctly. Will clarify with @fliebe92, when I see it correctly we missed to create this one.
