I setup my server with a single google email and in that email I added aliases. I have all the tickets coming in ok when they are emailed.
I also setup a seperate email for sending updates I suppose. It’s support@support.domain.com, but it overrides it with noreply@support.domain.com
I logged in to the support email today and noticed that zammad is sending updates to the support email from my smtp email. How and why is that happening? It should only be emailing agents.
Could I set the noreply or update emails to be sent from google?
