Webserver/SVG,woff2 loading slow

  • Used Zammad version: Latest
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) Package, Ubuntu Server 22.04, Apache2
  • Operating system: Windows
  • Browser + version: Edge/Firefox latest

Expected behavior:

  • Loads with less than 500ms

Actual behavior:

  • Icons.svg and woff2 loading quite also above 500ms, but under 1.5s

What can i do to improve this? Cache them?

I also saw other Zammad instances, which are open to enter, suffering the Same issue.

:person_shrugging: sounds like performance issues, however, without knowing about how many concurrent users we’re talking and hardware etc, it will be hard to help you at all.
