Webhooks enpoint url not taking variables

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: zammad-6.3.1-1720156707
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Rocky Linux release 9.4
  • Browser + version: no impact

Expected behavior:

  • When creating a webhook I would like to enter h_tps://target.system/api/#{ticket.id} as endpoint address

Actual behavior:

  • When creating a webhook using h_tps://target.system/api/#{ticket.id} as endpoint address I get an ‘invalid endpoint’ error

Is there any way to make this work or is simply not possible to do at the moment?
