Webhook not executed

  • Used Zammad version: 6.2
  • Used Zammad installation type: Source
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
  • Browser + version: Microsoft Edge for Business Version 121.0.2277.106 (Official build) (arm64)

Expected behavior:

When update a ticket to close state trigger a webhook.

Actual behavior:

When update a ticket to close state the trigger run but the webhook is not executed and there is no log about the webhook.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I don’t know how to reproduce.

I found some job tasks stuck due to a misconfiguration in email accounts.
