Hello everybody,
my team and I are interested in using dynamic links to tickets that we integrate in e-mails as shortlinks on the one hand, so that these can be resolved afterwards.
On the other hand, it would be good to link them to a picture in order to ‘hide’ completely.
According to telephone support, there is currently no way to optimize the links in this regard. An early implementation and integration would be great and certainly not only interesting for our team!
