Can somebody help me with creating a trigger custom mail template as admin user of zammad helpdesk.
Actually I am creating auto mail triggers templates. I am having issue in loading the text of ticket message in mail template. I have found script variables to display the ticket number and ticket title. But I want body of ticket message to be loaded as well. I have tried many variables like “{ticket.body}” etc. But not working. I am sharing screen shot of template as well. Please if someone have knowledge about it please let me know how can I solve the issue.
