Visible tickets for all users

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: (package)
  • Operating system: Debian
  • Browser + version: Chrome

How do I configure zammad so that each customers can see other users’ tickets, but cannot modify them?
I created new overview, but isn’t worked.

Zammad does not support that.
If you enable the customers organization to be a shared one, this also allows them to update these tickets.
