Visibility of Ticket State

    If it’s possible to set the created ticket state is only visible for specific group or organization.

To set the ticket state use by the Group 1 is not visible to the Group 2

I may be wrong, but I believe the only way to achieve this is to provide each group with their own overview. Each overview only shows tickets in that group.

example. the ticket state open the group 1 can use and view but group 2 is no access to that state…

Want to create additional ticket state example is only view by the sales dept. but no in the aftersales dept.

Oh I see what you are saying. You want tickets states that can only be applied by specific groups. I don’t think there is a way to do that.

This can easily be done with Core Workflows:

We’re hiding/showing states depending on the user role and the selected group ourselves.
