I’m wanting an overview for all tickets closed yesterday. I’m struggling to define this with the options on the overview creation page. If I do closing time with last (relative) 1 day I get closed tickets for today too.
It doesn’t let you define closing time twice so I’m a bit stuck. Has anyone got a clever solution for this?
I’m pretty sure that closing time within last (relative) 1 Day(s), includes Yesterday and Today. Keyword “within”.
I got this working via
state is closed +
closing time is within last (relative) 1 days + expert mode
match none (NOT) and
closing time is today
It did but we wanted specifically just yesterdays
