Verification of emal account do not work

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5,0,3
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …)
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.
  • Browser + version: Chrome 98.0.4758.82

Expected behavior:

  • I want to configure a new email account, it is a completely new installarion of Zammad on a compeletely new server. I have verified the IMAP settings and the email account settings but

Actual behavior:

  • the verification emal that Zammad tries to send does not get to the email inbox and the account is not created in Zammad.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • With my account details I´m afraid.

So what settings did you choose?
Did you tell Zammad to expect incoming mails in a sub folder perhabs?
