Expected behavior:
- When creating a ticket from the user detail mask, the customer field is already filled with the correct data. Now i want to add a ticket template, so that our agents can fill out some already given text parts.
Actual behavior:
- If you create a ticket from the user detail mask or from the phone list, the customer is already filled. If you now select a ticket template, the customer information is gone and you have to search for the customer again. This seems not to be right.
