Using ticket templates loses already set customer

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 11
  • Browser + version: Chrome 105+

Expected behavior:

  • When creating a ticket from the user detail mask, the customer field is already filled with the correct data. Now i want to add a ticket template, so that our agents can fill out some already given text parts.

Actual behavior:

  • If you create a ticket from the user detail mask or from the phone list, the customer is already filled. If you now select a ticket template, the customer information is gone and you have to search for the customer again. This seems not to be right.

Normally this should not happen, when the customer field is not included inside the template field.
