Expected behavior:

I would like that read an a shared mail of my microsoft exchange that not have a password.

i have already create OAuth app for zammad and it is configured but when i click add asked me for email and password that i don’t have, so there is a way to achieve this?

Actual behavior:

can’t access to shared mail

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

create OAuth > Settings > Microsoft365 > Add

Yes there is. You can configure passwords for those mailboxes and login to them during the auhtentication phase.
