Expected behavior:

  • When the user’s impact is transferred to inactive status, it remains permanently

Actual behavior:

  • When a user’s status changes to inactive, the status becomes active again after some time.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Please tell me if this could be due to the response to the old ticket and its opening. For what other reasons could this be? How to make a user account completely inactive?

You’ll have to exclude e.g. inactive LDAP users with the user filter. With this you won’t have to set an user to inactive in Zammad at all - it will happen with the sync.
