Users and password

Infos:

• Used Zammad version: 3.6
• Used Zammad installation source: Ubuntu source
• Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04
• Browser + version: Firefox

Expected behavior:

• After Data import from OTRS process has finished, i have find all users in admin pannel

Actual behavior:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• I have imported data files with migration plugin from OTRS 3.3.
  After I log in admin panel, i find groups, roles, organizations but I don’t see users. There aren’t user, it is empty.

This indicates that your elasticsearch is either not running or not configured with Zammad.
Start from Step 3 and reindex after, you should be fine after that.
