User login, error StatusCode: 500

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: Zammad 5.3.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system:
  • Browser + version: Firefox 122.0.1 (64-bit), Brave 1.62.165 Chromium: 121.0.6167.184, all browsers

Actual behavior:

When a specific zammad user logs in (enters username and password), the application shows the message “StatusCode: 500…” and the app does not load
This only happens with a single user who has been using the application for 1 year and it started happening from one day to the next.

The rest of the users do not have this error.

That could be happening?

Hi @GustavoTecn. Your Zammad instance is pretty outdated. There are no bug fixes anymore for this old version and even no security fixes. Please upgrade your instance as soon as possible.
