User cannot login

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.6
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) source
  • Operating system: Windows 10
  • Browser + version: Chrome, Safari - latest

I have a user that cannot login after 3.6 upgrade. Weird. All other users seem fine.

Couldn't find User with 'id'=1628

Maybe try to delete and recreate the user?

Clear your cache and try again.

`rails r “Cache.clear”

Try to find the user on the console if in doubt.
If you can’t find the user on console and by searching in your instance, it’s proberbly removed.
