  • Used Zammad version: 4.1.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
  • Operating system: centos7.9
  • Browser + version: chrome

Expected behavior:

  • use webhook to integrate zammad with wazuh

Actual behavior:

  • Couldn’t find a way to integrate zammad with wazuh using webhook

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Zammad 4.1 is extremely outdated by years.
Upgrade via Zammad 5.0 → 6.0 and then latest (6.1 right now).

Webhooks were introduced a lot later.
