Use mention (@@) in Trigger

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: debian
  • Browser + version: firefox

Expected behavior:

Use @@-mention in Trigger-function to automatically add a mention to specific user.

Actual behavior:

After writing @@ in the textbox its loading without showing users

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a new trigger, add a new notice for changes and add @@ in the textbox

I think the @@ is just working in a ticket when the group is already set. In the Trigger textbox the value “group” is missing for the request. Is there any workaround or option to set a user-mention via trigger?
