Upgrade path Ubuntu 20.04 to 22.04 (Zammad 6.2)

Hello again,
as I couldn’t find any specific information on that topic maybe this is a good starting point.
Our Zammad server is Ubuntu 20.04 LTS x64, installed as VM on VMware ESXi cluster.
What has to be done to upgrade the ubuntu vm from 20.04 to 22.04?
Is there something more to do prior to the do-release-upgrade command?
What has to be done after that?
Adding the new 22.04 repo and install right away?

Upgrade zammad up to latest on old host. Take backup. Install new host, install latest zammad, restore db from backup. New host can be using temp.ip address to run in parallel with old host. If migration takes more time, you can backup/restore one more time.
