Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • systemctl stop zammad
  • zammad run rails r “Rails.cache.clear”
  • apt update
  • apt dist-upgrade

I have tried different versions. The latest version which works for me is a downgrade to:

apt install zammad=6.0.0-1692374817.3b8df7cc.jammy
