Update to 5.03-7 causes some Ticket Titles to disappear

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.03
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) Docker Compose
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: FireFox 95.02

Expected behavior:

Expect to see Ticket Title for every Ticket

Actual behavior:

Most newer tickets have a - (dash) for a Ticket Title

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Ticket auto-created from emails. Or edit a title

I’ve since found the problem. One of our triggers had an action of setting the title to blank. For some reason it was never executing prior to upgrading. I removed the action and now everything is working.
