Update preferences from Table tickets on Integrated Zammad with GitLab

Expected behavior:

  • when update an Issue link on field preferences of tickets table, it must be work.

Actual behavior:

  • no links to GitLab Issues.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • on psql update preferences of table tickets

Instructions unclear, I have no idea what you’re trying to say.
Also, the template is incomplete.

Please note that direct fiddling in Zammads database is, at no point, supported.
This can lead to all sort of issues that are out of application scope.
Issues that are caused by this are “your own problem” and may lead to corrupted data.

Just don’t do it.

Hi,
Some of the page addresses have changed in GitLab and I need to correct these previous addresses in Zammad. Now how can I make this change in the database? I know that these addresses are stored in the tickets table and in the preferences field.

Sure, there you go:

I went through the trouble and also created a Github variant for my copy cats out there.
Backup first, this is a very “dumb” search and replace. If you provide invalid URLs, you’ll have a bad time.

It’s tested and verified with Zammad 6.5 which is the current stable. I cannot foresee if the structure or functionality will change in the future, so proceed cautionous.
