Update ldap config on big ad makes zammad crash

  • Operating system: CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)

I have a big ldap server with make configure it with the gui not possible. It just hangs when I try.

Earlier I have configured it in the ruby rails console Settings.get(‘ldap_config’) and Settings.Set(‘ldap_config’, “updated config”);

But this is not available any longer, so how can I update my ldap server password?

You’re using an outdated Zammad version. Upgrade it asap.
Current is 6.2, centos7 no longer is supported since 6.2.

The problem is your browser and Zammad version in combination. Just trust me.
