Update button when clicked takes longer time

While working on a ticket, users experience a delay after clicking the “Update” button upon completing their work. The button remains in a “stuck”** state for several seconds—sometimes taking more than 30 seconds for the ticket to update.

This issue does not occur consistently, but it happens quite frequently.
