Unprocessed mails

Infos:

Used Zammad version: 4.1
Used Zammad installation type: package
Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
Browser + version: not related

Expected behavior:

Zammad should processed the emails

Actual behavior:

mails are not processed and dropped to folder /opt/zammad/tmp/unprocessable_mail

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

had this problems with two emails, with 2 photos attached (each 3MB, so total mail around 7MB). I have changed the maximum email size to 25MB, also zammad should send a message if the mali is to big, but the customers has no response.
In the log file following error:
