Unordered list not working

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: latest
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: ubuntu
  • Browser + version: latest chrome (but also happened in previous version)

Expected behavior:

unordered lists working on using shortcut keys

Actual behavior:

  • when i press ctrl + shift + l un ordered list doesnt work

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • press the shortcut keys, it doesn’t work. HOWEVER, i will mention that nearly every other shortcut does work as expected. So I think that this is a ‘me’ and ‘this specific shortcut’ issue. Im just not sure where to go to diagnose it. Any suggestions?

That combination works without any flaw in a current (latest) Zammad 5.4 on a up to date chrome for me.
Ensure that you don’t have addons installed that stab your back.

thanks for that. I did some further digging, it seems that it is a Chrome specific thing. as it works on other browsers. I will have to check with the rest of my team to see if they also have issues with it or if its just me specifically.

I looked up the shortcut bindings for chrome, and didnt see one registered to Ctrl + Shift + l

will report back.
