Unique Customer Attributes in Tickets Report

Hello Team,

I have challenge in reporting the download file has only the names of the customer as the unique attribute on the tickets report downloaded in excel format however this is creating a reporting challenge as there customers with similar names.

If the report would allow us add customer attributes to the tickets report that we can use to uniquely identify the customer in tickets report for example Emails, Phone Number and login ID

I stand to be corrected if there is a plugin or a functionality within Zammad on how to achieve this
