Unassigned ticket shows a customer name

Expected behavior:

Actual behavior:

• Showing - (CUSTOMERNAME)

Hello Tim,

This seems to be just right because the ticket is unassigned

Unless you need to see the Owner information for “unassigned” tickets, I would disable that column from that overview.

Click on “OPTIONS”, located on the top-right corner:

…and enable/disable the columns you need.
